Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Clueinbox (the owner app, the public feedback pages and this website). By creating an account or scanning a feedback link, you agree to them.

The service

Clueinbox lets a business owner create campaigns, collect customer feedback via a QR code, and (on the Pro plan) receive AI-generated analysis of that feedback. A campaign can be paused or archived, but feedback already collected is never deleted as part of that action.

Plans and billing

• Free: unlimited campaigns, QR codes, and the raw feedback feed, at no cost.
• Pro: ₦15,000 per year, billed through Paystack. Pro adds sentiment analysis, recurring problem detection, recommended actions, effectiveness tracking, and the AI chat assistant.
• Your Pro plan is active until its expiry date. Renewing early extends your existing expiry date rather than starting a new year from the renewal date.
• If your Pro plan lapses, your account reverts to Free. Your existing data and past analysis are kept, you just stop receiving new Pro-tier analysis and lose access to Pro-only screens until you renew.

Affiliate program

If you refer a business that subscribes to Pro using your referral code, you earn 40% of that subscription revenue, including renewals, for as long as they remain a customer you referred. Payouts are requested manually from the Affiliate screen once your available balance meets the posted minimum, and are reviewed and transferred by us. This is not an automatic transfer.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the public feedback link to submit spam, abusive content, or automated traffic
• Attempt to identify or contact a customer from anonymous feedback
• Use the service to collect data on people without their knowledge that they're leaving feedback
• Interfere with or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions

We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

Your content

You own the feedback your customers leave in your campaigns. We process it only to provide the service to you (storage, display and, for Pro accounts, AI analysis) and never sell it or use it to train models beyond what a given AI provider's standard API terms require for that single request.

No warranty

Clueinbox is provided as-is. AI-generated insights and recommended actions are suggestions based on patterns in your feedback, not guarantees of a specific business outcome. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clueinbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated insights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use Clueinbox after a change means you accept the updated terms.
