Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the feedback page opens in the browser. Nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
What's included in the free plan?
Unlimited campaigns and QR codes, your average rating and trend, and every comment customers leave. Pro adds the analysis on top: recurring problems, suggested actions and questions in plain English.
How does Pro billing work?
You pay ₦15,000 once through Paystack and Pro is active for 12 months. It does not renew automatically. To keep Pro, you make another payment before it ends and the time is added to what you have left.
Can customers leave voice notes?
Yes, on campaigns set up for them. The audio is deleted after 30 days; the transcript stays so you can still read what was said.
Where do I manage my account?
Both the website and the mobile app use the same account. Subscriptions are handled here on the website; the app shows your plan.
